So tonight I wanted to give some new pizza a go. My challenge is to make it as raw as possible, vegan, gluten free – extremely delicious and nutritious, so I thought I would share my plans with you and maybe you can try it out with me…

I am going to make vegan, paleo, gluten free – cauliflower crust…

Ingredients below:-

1 small head cauliflower (550-600g), before steaming
Finely ground flax
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
1 tablespoon ground chia seed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
fresh ground black pepper

For the raw vegan, paleo gluten free pizza sauce:

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sundried tomatoes
Chopped tomatos/ pasata
1 tbsp oregano
1tbsp basil (or fresh basil if you have it)
Garlic
Pink Salt & Black Pepper

Topping selection (choose what you would like):

Jalapenos, Mushrooms, Pineapple, Red Onions, Sliced Black Olives, Green Chillies, Sweet corn , Tomato,  Sundried tomato

(Maybe you have other cool ideas for toppings – please let me know :D)

Raw vegan cheese sauce

I was planning on using my usual raw vegan cheese sauce then adding some nooch sprinkles direct.

1/4 cup nutritional yeast
250g macademia/ cashew nuts
Pinch ground black pepper
Pinch pink salt

Vegan Pizza 80% Raw, paleo, gluten free – super healthy…. OMG hope it works out as well as it sounds in my imagination

Oregano
Garlic
2 Cauliflowers (incase I do something wrong)
Flax seed powder

Pizza cutter
Sharp, good quality knife
Blender
