Beta – Carotene – Vitamin A – Makes the fruits and veggies orange in colour and is important for our skin, hair & Nails.  It is also said to boost sight.

It is better to take these as food form, rather than supplements, as your body will regulate what you need – with copper and also beta carotene our bodies need just the right amount,  too much or too little can lead to hair loss.  The good thing is that our bodies will regulate the amounts if we take them in food form.

Carotenoids are fat soluble so it is best to take them with some fat like pumkin seed oil, hemp oil, olive oil, avocado or nuts.
