We have this juice most mornings. It’s quick and easy to make. I’ve taught my husband a lot of recipes, but this one sticks out. Filling and jam packed with magical energy, this juice is da bomb!

Is green juice really good for you? If you consider that green juice is liquid sunshine and filled with harmonized water, you’ll just be touching the tip of the iceberg on the green juice health benefits. Anti-inflammatory green juice is also filled with nutrition that will allow you to thrive.

Ingredients

FOR THE LEMON GINGER BURST

  • Celery  1 stalk
  • Lemon 1
  • Apple 1
  • Ginger  Thumb-sized knob
  • Romaine 1
  • Cucumber ½        

How to Make it…

Step 1

Wash all produce

Step 2

Juice lemon in citrus squeezer

Step 3

Run all ingredients through your juicer, starting with the green leafy vegetables

Step 4

Pour juice through a strainer into a large/ glass

Step 5

Enjoy!
