Get into the flow, with this soothing juice. Pears, ginger, and apples are gentle on your digestive system.

This recipe is great in the afternoon or evening. 

In my mind, mornings are reserved for green juice. But this tasty juice certainly has its place. Especially if you’ve suffered from IBS or other digestive issues in the past. 







  • Pears 3
  • Apples 3


  •  Ginger 1 Knob

Preparation Method

Step 1

Wash produce

Step 2

Cut pears in half

Step 3

Core apples, cut in half

Step 4

Run everything through your juicer

Step 5

Strain and pour into a large glass

There are 100s of varieties of pear. Pears are hydrating, made up of 83% water and easy on your tummy. There’s a good reason that pears are some of the first foods fed to babies.  They also contain polyphenols which are a type of antioxidant. 


Ginger is a great natural remedy for curing nausea, sickness, and pain, as it can help settle the stomach and digestive system.
