What Its Good For
Pinapple
Pineapples are bursting with nutrition. They contain B vitamins, niacin, folate, vitamin c, iron, manganese, and much more. Pineapples help in recovery after hard exercise due to the bromelain content.
Cucumber
Did you know that cucumber is a fruit? (not a vegetable). Cucumbers are bursting with vitamin k and water. Vitamin k is particularily useful for promoting bone and blood metabolism, and encouraging healthy clotting
Lemon
Lemons are soothing, cleansing and packed full of vitamin C, meaning they’re great for your immune system.
Mint
Mint is refreshing, and comes in a wide variety of flavours, like peppermint or spearmint. Mint is very soothing to the digestive system. Mint is easy to grow – you plant it once in your garden and it comes back year after year. One great thing about mint is that it’s the perfect remedy for bad breath. Mint also provides nutrients like vitamin a, iron, manganise and folate.
Spinach
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate and iron.
Water
Always opt for the cleanest water that you can find. This might be spring water, purified tap water, alkaline or distilled water. Whatever suits your individual preferences.
Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
Pumpkin seeds are a valuable superfood. Taken as a powder, it’s more convenient and easy to consume. Pumpkin seeds are filled with the building blocks of protein (amino acids) and as such pumpkin seed protein powder is a great choice. It’s filled with magnesium, antioxidants, and protein – to fuel a healthy body.
